Gratitude in 2011, looking ahead to 2012 and the Apocalypse...

If the world ends in 2012, I know that I'd feel most comfortable to go down playing drums... in fact I might even be oblivious to it! My plan is to increase the chances of being behind a drum kit when the world ends by continuing to practice, gig and session as much as humanly possible in 2012. As I write this I'm startled by a stack of CD's that suddenly crash to the floor of unknown causes... was this an early sign of the Apocalypse? They included albums by Count Basie, Miles Davis, Chick Corea and Wayne Shorter.... The 4 Horsemen?! As I look forward to the New Year I'd like to take a moment to give thanks to some awesome friends, fellow working musicians and original artists that made 2011 fulfilling both creatively and financially.

THANK YOU:
